The Topper Deluxe Pack seeks to capture the rich Class A tone of this “Super” amplifier from a boutique builder out of North Carolina.

“Quality” would be an appropriate descriptor for the sound of this amp, and the long list of well-known artists on their site, including the likes of Michael Britt, Pete Thorn, and Tim Pierce, points to the caliber of this company.

The Topper Deluxe puts out a lot of power from its humble 33-watts and produces a unique and versatile tone with its TopBoost, Tweed Bassman, and Marshall Plexi blend – what a combination! The cleans are full and balanced, the drive is smooth yet edgy, and with the addition of our KoT clone (profiles marked ‘KB’) we managed to coax a couple more useful gain stages out of its range.

With a Gold/V30 speaker combo, the Topper Deluxe shined through our Selah Sounds 2x12 cab, producing a set of profiles worthy of the excellence this amp exudes.
